Meeting Ultra - Why do monitors or lights in the video flicker? How to avoid this kind of situation?

Q:Why do monitors or lights in the video flicker? How to avoid this kind of situation?

A:The flickering of ordinary lights/monitors is not visible to the naked eye but they do flicker rapidly. When the camera's frame rate exceeds the flicker frequency of the lights/monitors, it sometimes captures one frame as dark and another as bright, making the lights/monitors appear to flicker.
It is recommended to turn off the HDR function in evenly lit meeting rooms and to turn it on in high-contrast scenes (such as meeting rooms with large windows and ample natural light).
