Q:Why do monitors or lights in the video flicker? How to avoid this kind of situation?A:The flickering of ordinary lights/monitors is not visible to the naked eye but they do flicker rapidly. When the camera's frame rate exceeds the flicker frequency of the lights/monitors, it sometimes captures one frame as dark and another as bright, making the lights/monitors appear to flicker.
