Equipped with wide-angle lenses, each lens on the 360 camera capture over a 180 degree field of view. Careful consideration of the camera's position and distance is crucial to avoid distortion.
Remember to pay attention to the distance between you and the camera, as well as its height. 1M/3Ft between you and the camera is a good starting point, but you should give it a try to find the ideal setup for your desired video outcome.
Tips #2 No Side Effects
Avoid placing any objects or individuals directly between the front and rear camera lenses. It means when you are recording using the 360 camera, it's advisable to avoid placing the objects directly on the seams, particularly when your subject is close to the camera's seams.
Tips #3 True Invisible
The coolest thing about using a 360 camera with a selfie stick is that the illusion of not holding the camera yourself. However, when you use it in the sunny days, you may also see the shadow of the selfie stick. In this case, adjusting the stick’s position in the opposite side to the sun can help to minimize the shadows.

Even though the Stabilization function of the camera could help make your video steady, you have to be careful when you holding the stick and minimize any up-and-down camera movement. Also, try to stay a little bit away from any walls to make the up-and-down movement less obvious.
